2025 Chicago Thanksgiving Parade
The Unicycling Society of America, Inc has been selected to participate as a Specialty Unit in the 2025 Chicago Thanksgiving Parade. This is your opportunity to represent the unicycling community on a national stage, as the parade will be broadcasted live on PlutoTV. Grab your unicycle, tell your friends, and come ride with the USA this November 27th!

Important Details:
The parade takes place in downtown Chicago on Thanksgiving morning, Thursday, November 27, 2025. The parade steps off at 8:00 a.m. at State and Ida B. Wells Drive and ends at 11:00 a.m. at State and Randolph. Call times may be as early as 6:00 AM. More parade information can be found here.
There are coffee shops and porta-potties near the start of the parade
For those from out-of-town needing overnight accommodations, the parade coordinators require participants to stay at the official parade hotel, the Hilton Chicago. The room block booking link is now available. As a note, guestrooms will only be available through the link provided and are not currently available for call-in reservations.

Requirements to Ride:
Uniform: Blue/black pants and dark long sleeve shirt/sweatshirt under the USA crewneck sweatshirt. The link to order sweatshirts will be emailed once registered.
USA Membership: ALL riders must be current members of the Unicycling Society of America. To become a member, or renew membership, please visit the membership page.
Helmets:
Standard (20” & 24”) - Helmet optional, but encouraged.
